Property Management
We offer a full property management service at a competitive rate with local and online advertising, periodic inspections, arranging and overseeing repairs and maintenance (non profit), finding suitable tenants, collecting rents etc. For further information about our management service please speak to a member of the Lettings team.


Free Valuation & Market Appraisal
One of our National Association Of Estate Agent certified valuers will visit your property to undertake a market appraisal. Discuss with you the suggested asking price, fees and all other items associated with selling your property.


Domestic Energy Assessor
We have a fully qualified in-house Domestic Energy Assessor who can produce Residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) on residential properties for sales and rentals. These can also be undertaken on an ad hoc basis for anyone requiring an EPC on their residential property. EPC’s are £102.00 inclusive of VAT.

Accompanied Viewing
