BMH Property Management letting fees for landlords are as follows:

  • 12% (Inclusive of VAT) Of the monthly rental income.
  • £102.00 (Inclusive of VAT) for an Energy Performance Certificate.
  • No upfront advertising costs.

There is a £150.00 (inclusive of VAT) charge every time we sign up a tenant.

BMH are registered members in The Deposit Protection Scheme. BMH are also part of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme.
