Lettings Team

Kerry is the newest member of our Lettings Team, she has been carrying out property inspections for around 18 months now, as well as completing the inventories.
Over the 18 months she has engrossed herself into all aspects of Lettings to ensure she can give the best of herself to the rest of the team, landlords and tenants alike. Kerry is extremely friendly and relaxed with the tenants, understanding that during every appointment she is in their home and there to help them as well as inspecting the property for the landlord.
Although this area of work is completely new to Kerry she said, "it's been an eye opener, nothing like I was expecting but I have really enjoyed the challenge. BMH is the most welcoming place I have worked and during my time I have met some lovely people both in the office and outside the office on my travels around tenant's homes"
